  • All orders placed before 3 pm EST will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3 pm EST, on a weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
  • The products available on our website are currently in stock. While we make every effort to ensure our quantities remain exact, on occasion the actual quantity may be less (particularly in cut-to-order fabric). If this occurs, you will be contacted via email and asked if you would like the quantity we have in stock or if you would like a refund.

U.S. Orders:
 
$5 flat shipping charges on all orders up to $100
FREE shipping on orders $100.01 and up!
Most packages will deliver within 3 - 5 business days.

At this time, we are only set up to deliver to U.S. addresses.
 
In Store Pick-Up
 
Any purchase made on our web-store is eligible to be picked up in store with zero shipping and handling charges. We request that you pick your purchase up within 1 week of purchase.
 
Gift Certificates
 
Gift Certificates may be purchased in store, online or by phone. We offer FREE shipping for gift certificates mailing USPS. Gift Certificates are not redeemable online.
*When purchasing gift certificates online you must purchase them separately from other products in order to receive FREE shipping.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
Orders placed online or by phone cannot be cancelled.
 
Return Policy
 
We will gladly refund unopened products within 30 days when accompanied by a receipt. All sales are final on cut-to-order fabric and goods, sewing machines, special orders, clearance items, custom quilting, memberships and class fees. Patterns, books and software may not be returned due to copyright laws, but can be exchanged if defective. All returns must be in original condition, in packaging and free from any odors. 
 
Sales Tax
 
A sales tax of 7% is mandatory on all purchases made in store, by phone or online if shipping to a Georgia address.
 
Payment Methods
 
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We accept checks in store only with valid identification.
